Pedagogies of Wholeness
My doctoral thesis asks a vital question: what happens when equity language outpaces equity resourcing? Using a mixed-methods design (N = 423), I tracked a measurable collapse in institutional capacity between 2024 and 2025. The research names specific mechanisms — including cosmetic diversity — that insulate leadership while extracting labor from frontline staff. The result is a data-driven framework for dismantling structural barriers.
