I work at the intersection of two questions most institutions keep separate: How do we lead systems well, and how do we care for the people inside them?
With more than 17 years moving between the cabinet table and the counseling room, I direct strategy, scholarships, and student-life operations on one side, and provide high-acuity crisis care on the other. The decisions made in administration become the conditions clients carry into my office.
